• 19 May 2027 🎯 Objective To deploy a competent Operations Executive to manage the daily operations and maintenance of the Creative Arts Complex (CAC) , provide AVA (Audio-Visual Aid) support , and mentor students involved in media and AV systems. ⏰ Working Hours 🗓 Monday
• Friday: 9:30 AM
• 6:30 PM (including 0.5-hour lunch break) 🗓 Saturday: As required (based on Reflections Theatre bookings) ❌ Sunday & Public Holidays: Off (subject to adjustments as per MOM guidelines) 🛠 Key Responsibilities 🎬 CAC Operations & Maintenance Oversee daily operations of Creative Arts Complex (CAC) Manage facilities including:🎭 Reflections Theatre (RT)🎶 CCA Rooms (Guzheng, Dance, Choir)👑 VVIP Room 🔧 Equipment & Technical Management Maintain and service specialised equipment:🔊 PA sound systems💡 Stage lighting & DMX systems🪜 Cherry picker🎟 Retractable seating systems Ensure all AV systems are functional and event-ready 🎤 Event & Theatre Support Provide full operational support for:School events (performance & non-performance)Theatre productions in Reflections Theatre Assist in setup, execution, and teardown of events 🏟 Facilities Oversight (Secondary Role) Conduct checks and provide feedback for:🏀 Indoor Sports Hall (“The Arena”)🏸 “The Cage” Support Facilities Management during non-performance periods 📊 Coordination & Administration Coordinate marketing and booking of Reflections Theatre Perform regular fault reporting (weekly/bi-weekly) Liaise with Operations Manager for maintenance activation 🎓 AVA Support & Student Mentorship Provide AVA technical support for school-wide needs Mentor and coach students from Media Club CCA Guide students in handling AV systems and event setups 👤 Requirements 🎓 Qualifications Minimum:GCE ‘O’ Level ORITE Certificate (relevant field) ORDiploma in Building Services / Arts & Theatre Management / related fields 🧠 Skills & Experience Experience with:🔊 PA Sound Systems💡 Stage Lighting / DMX Systems Strong technical troubleshooting skills Good teamwork and communication abilities Willingness to learn and adapt 📌 Additional Requirements Able to start from 20 May 2026 Flexible to work non-regular hours during events Physically fit and operationally capable
