As a Software Developer, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end technical execution across software initiatives, combining hands‑on development with technical leadership. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions, balancing the maintenance of existing systems with the design and delivery of new applications. Role Expectations Provide Technical Solutions- Responsible for multiple technical streams/topics, driving software/platform development strategies; Manage preparation of design specifications and oversee teams in design, build, test, deploy, support, and maintenance of software applications, whether third-party, low-code platforms, or custom-build solutions Drive Client's Technology Transformation- Design robust solutions and lead development of architectural strategies Business Development

• Actively contribute to BD discussions with end-to-end solutions for various technical streams; updated with software development tools and industry standards Drive Stakeholder Engagement- clients, stakeholders, teams, leading a team/leaders, managing projects and resources by delegating work packages and coaching team members to develop technical & leadership skills What We're Looking For: Backend development experience: Hands‑on experience independently building and maintaining production‑grade backend systems. Strong backend programming skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, Go, Node.js, or similar languages. Strong engineering fundamentals: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and architectural principles. Database and data management expertise: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modelling, optimisation, and query performance. API and integration development experience: Skilled in deg and implementing RESTful APIs, service integrations, and distributed system components.
