The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading banks. It is an opportunity for Corporate Communications Executive (Bank ) to join their team This will start off as a 12-month contract role We seek a strategic, creative, astute communicator, engagement practitioner and change agent to shape and amplify the Group Operations senior management’s narrative. This role is one who navigates scale and complexity, translating ambition into resonant messages that inspire and engage a large, diverse organisation. Your Impact This role integrates leadership storytelling, employee engagement, marketing and innovation. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross functional teams, to bring clarity and creativity to complex operational, technological and AI-driven initiatives, transforming them into human-centred stories that connect, mobilise and foster belief. As a change agent, your mission is to drive our marketing, communications, and engagement efforts to cut through the noise, achieve outcomes and build lasting connections with our audience. What You Will Do Lead with AI-First Creativity • This isn't about just using AI tools; it's about integrating them into the creative process. You will champion the use of AI for content ideation, personalization, predictive analytics for campaign performance, and rapid prototyping. We want you to show us what's possible. Shape Leadership Narratives • Work with senior leaders across Group Operations to craft clear, confident and compelling scripts, leadership decks and presentations. • Translate complex operational, technology and AI topics into accessible narratives that build trust and understanding. • Design and deliver communications strategies aligned to business priorities and leadership intent. Create Employee Engagement at Scale • Produce high quality content for employee townhalls, leadership conferences and flagship internal events. • Design and execute marketing led engagement campaigns that energise, connect and activate employees. • Develop creative ways to profile leaders, innovations and world class initiatives, strengthening pride and visibility across Group Operations. • With insight to employee feedback, explore innovative ways to design and deliver employee engagement at scale. Be a Trusted Partner & Brand Guardian • Strengthen the team’s value proposition through strong content governance, ensuring consistency, clarity and quality to drive outcomes. • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders across functions and disciplines. • Navigate multiple priorities and tight timelines with sound judgement and agility. Measure, Learn and Elevate • Track and assess the effectiveness of communications, campaigns and events through clear analytics and insights. • Use data to continuously nudge, engage and refine messaging, channels and approaches for greater impact.
