Building Project Ops - 3D Unitised Model Project

Job Scope: Project Operations & Management: Download and collate building plans from internal databases Receive 3D building model deliverables from contractors (e.g courier delivery) and upload them into the computer Monitor progress of 3D building model development and provide progress reports Flag out errors in 3D building model deliverables and perform quality checks Help check and confirm project expenses from research teams Help the team with other administrative tasks as needed Preferred Skillsets: Basic interpretation of building layout drawings and blueprints Software skills: Microsoft Word & Excel, ArcGIS Pro (Basic Proficiency), Coding skills (Basic Proficiency) *Not compulsory as on job training will be provided Working Hours: Office hours Contract Period: 3 months to 1 year Salary: $15-$18/hr Location: Toa Payoh EA License No: 96C4864 Reg.
