Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure hygiene and presentation meet Mama Shelter standards Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and back-of-house spaces to support guest satisfaction Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and safety Assist with laundry and linen management to maintain adequate supplies and quality Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed to enhance their experience Work independently and collaborate with team members to complete daily housekeeping tasks efficiently Adapt to shift schedules including weekends and holidays to support hotel operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and presentation Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent guest service Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
