Om uppdraget

Step into a high-impact role as Cybersecurity Manager where you’ll lead and secure the digital foundation. You’ll take care of a well-structured cybersecurity roadmap and collaborate with engaged colleagues across several countries. If you’re ready to make a real difference, drive meaningful results, and be the trusted voice of security in a complex corporate environment, this opportunity is made for you.

About the position

Perido is looking for a Cybersecurity Manager for our client, a market-leading supplier of goods in the grocery trade with many well-known brands in their portfolio. The position is based in Solna with a possibility of working remotely at times.

As Cybersecurity Manager, you will ensure consistent execution of the company’s cybersecurity strategy across multiple business units. You will join a central IT team of five colleagues and work closely with 13 local IT managers, along with a cross-portfolio cybersecurity community. Your mission is to maintain structure, deliver according to deadlines, and sustain a strong security governance model already in place.

This role involves frequent collaboration across countries, structured reporting, and presenting information to various internal forums.

Main tasks

  • Apply cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, NIS2, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443
  • Execute and refine the existing cybersecurity strategy, ensuring unified processes and risk management
  • Lead and coordinate security initiatives across teams and locations
  • Maintain and enforce security policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, including
  • Manage incident response, security breaches, and business continuity processes
  • Support internal and external audits and provide clear reporting to leadership
  • Promote a strong security culture and educate employees on risks and best practices
  • Oversee security technologies, such as firewalls, encryption, monitoring, and threat detection tools

Your characteristics

We are looking for a person who is confident navigating a large corporate environment and can work in a structured, deadline-driven way. You should be comfortable handling input from multiple countries, adapting to different stakeholders, and presenting information clearly in various internal forums. Strong networking skills are important, as the role involves continuous collaboration with both local IT teams and a cross-portfolio cybersecurity community. While deep technical expertise is not required, you need enough experience and maturity to independently drive ongoing plans, follow established processes, and ensure consistent reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate brings a pragmatic, steady, and communicative approach, capable of balancing structure with flexibility in a high-expectation setting where cybersecurity is receiving strong executive attention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT security or cybersecurity positions
  • Demonstrated success in delivering cybersecurity programs and governance processes
  • Fluent in English

Meritorious:

  • Proficiency in a Scandinavian language
