The RoleYou will take ownership of:
- Technical architecture and product evolution
- AI-driven product development
- Code quality and data compliance
- Scaling the platform for enterprise clients
- Hiring and building the engineering team
This is a hands-on leadership role — not a pure management position.

- Has grown startups from early revenue stage (Head of Engineering / CTO / Engineering Lead)

- Has experience working on AI products (ideally voice AI)
- Is a hands-on builder, not just a people manager
- Has strong architectural thinking
- Understands data compliance requirements
- Treats quality as a non-negotiable standard
- Has team-building capability
- Feels comfortable owning product thinking
- Thrives in early-stage ambiguity
