QA Engineer
Description
Join a leading European financial services group that focuses on debt management and customer support solutions across multiple countries. You will work directly for the product organization in a fully remote model from Romania. In this role you will use your skills in API testing, performance testing, and test automation to improve the quality of core.NET applications.

Key responsibilities Test software applications built with.NET. Create and update test plans and test scenarios based on product requirements. Run mainly automated, and when needed manual, tests according to project needs. Test APIs using Postman or similar tools. Log and track defects in Jira with Xray and follow up on fixes. Perform regression testing after bug fixes and when new features are delivered. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Prepare and maintain technical testing documentation.
Ideal candidate profile 2–3+ years of experience as an Automation Tester. Completed higher education. English at B2 level and Romanian at C2 level. Experience with C# or another programming language. Knowledge of key testing types: functional, regression, integration, performance, configuration, GUI, and UAT. Experience working with Jira and Xray. Knowledge of Playwright (preferred), or Selenium / other test automation frameworks. Experience with code management tools, especially GitLab. Strong API testing skills using NUnit/xUnit. Experience with end‑to‑end API testing using Postman or similar tools.
