Senior.Net Developer

Join KUBO as a Senior.NET Developer and work as a consultant with one of our partners  – a global provider of logistics services shaping modern supply chain management worldwide.

Over the past few years, our partner has been driving an ambitious digital transformation, focused on customer-centric solutions and optimizing IT services. You will be part of a new integration team in Poland, leading the design and development of complex backend integrations that connect systems across international logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of.NET backend integrations (business-to-business and application-to-application)

Own the team’s technology stack, including cloud services, messaging, and microservices

Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions

Integrate with existing systems using modern cloud services (e.g. RESTful APIs, Message Queues, microservices)

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues

Collaborate with multiple application teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions

Mentor colleagues and contribute to technical decisions and best practices

Ideal candidate profile

6-7+ years of professional experience in.NET development with strong backend skills

3+ years of experience building cloud-native solutions, preferably on Azure (experience with AWS or GCP transferable)

Solid experience with distributed systems, messaging, microservices, and integrations

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Azure Bicep / Terraform / Pulumi)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines / GitHub Actions / GitLab / Jenkins / TeamCity)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex integrations

Ability to mentor and influence colleagues, lead technical discussions, and take ownership

Comfortable working in a hybrid model and communicating in English
