One of our clients is a technology start-up providing data acquisition, analytics, and reporting solutions for investors and asset services. The software platform uses a variety of machine intelligence techniques to automate the understanding of unstructured and semi-structured documents, transforming them into data and delivering them to the different private market participants. In this context, we are looking to hire a Senior Data Ops Analyst to work in the Service Operations team that provides implementation services, document acquisition services, and manage data services to the client’s customers. Your Missions: As a Senior Data Ops Analyst, you will take ownership of the document acquisition operations while leading a small team of analysts to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 Data Ops Analysts, providing guidance on daily operations, prioritization, and quality standards Oversee the document acquisition process across multiple client portfolios, ensuring SLAs are consistently met Design and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in data extraction workflows Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex client issues Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify technical requirements and product enhancements based on operational insights Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders and client success teams Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across the tea Operate and optimize the software platform, identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancement Build strategic relationships with key clients and serve as a trusted advisor on data operations best practices Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of operational standards and documentation Your Qualifications: • Master's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, IT, or related field • 5 years of proven experience in data operations, financial services operations, or related analytical roles • Demonstrated experience leading or managing a small team or acting as a squad lead • Strong track record of process improvement and operational excellence • Advanced proficiency with data processing tools, workflow management systems, and business intelligence platforms • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and clients • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execut
