Description : Our Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the flow of materials and products through the supply chain to meet production schedules and customer demand. The planner uses demand forecasts and production data to create efficient plans that minimize delays and costs while maximizing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production and material plans based on demand forecasts. Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams. Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans as needed. Identify and resolve supply chain issues and bottlenecks. Analyze data to improve planning accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Experience in manufacturing, preferably in cables or electronics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
