Solution Architect - Stockholm

You will be involved in the project to establish a new physical security system in the Gothenburg project “new office”, with the target to relocate the business in Gothenburg in 2027.

• Proven experience as a solution architect with a passion for real estate, technology, and security design.
• Experience with and extensive knowledge in physical security integration and smart buildings.
• Understanding security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and perimeter protection.
• Knowledge of security standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices within financial institutions and critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from security professionals and engineers to stakeholders and end-users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and system-thinking approach.
• Understanding and knowledge of the NPA process, including risk assessment and compliance for new solutions.
• Proven expertise in Procurement, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and process optimization for real estate and technology projects.
