Sales Commissions Manager - Software/SaaS Sales

London - hybrid

A successful global SaaS company are seeking an experienced Sales Commissions Manager to manage the Sales Commission Plan for over 300 sales people globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission Planning and Rollout - quota setting, capacity modeling, manager and field training
  • Management of corporate bonus plan attainment calculations and payment process
  • Deal validations/bookings support - specific to incentives
  • Analytics - performance analysis, Club prep
  • Managing a Commissions Analyst responsible for the monthly commission payment process and supporting escalations

Experience needed:

  • Demonstrable SaaS/Software Commissions Management experience
  • Salesforce Spiff commission tool admin
  • Previous stakeholder relationships with Sales, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Inside Sales and Partners
  • SaaS/recurring revenue models
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
