Employee Relations Consultant required by large Investment Management Company, based in London (FLEX WORK FROM HOME AND OFFICE) to provide expert support and advice to the business divisions and corporate functions throughout the UK and Ireland ensuring the effective management of internal and external Employee Relations matters and ER related risks (eg legal, financial and reputational).
For this role really need someone with ER experience, someone that has managed a high volume of absence management cases including OH referrals, PHI applications, payroll instructions. The intention is for all of our absence cases to managed by the person who comes into this role with the plan for this work then to transition to another team in GHR in six months. Ideally we are looking for candidates who has also worked on process improvements and can identify areas of improvement in our current process before transitioning the work to the new team.
Skills/Knowledge required
- Proven experience working in a fast faced ER function (Financial services experience preferable).
- Proven experience managing ER Cases.
- Absence Management experience
- Experience navigating a global organization and Matrix structures.
- Ideally - Knowledge of UK and Irish Employment Law.
