Technical User Researcher-Central Gov, 650 pd, 1 day onsite, London

**We are recruiting a Technical User Researcher within Central Government until end July 2026

Onsite once a week and for occasional meetings in either London/Manchester or Bristol

**ASAP until end July 2026, may extend further

Rate 550-650 per day Umbrella

Level of Clearance**

BPSS, must have active SC clearance (must be able to provide evidence so it can be verified, and then they can start whilst its been transferred)

You will need working knowledge/experience with PAM, Cyber Security, Central Government and working with End Users is key. This is working from the Alpha stage.**

Must have Proven user researchers that have experience working with internal participants and building understanding of technical subjects

Substantial experience of helping teams adopt a wide range of user research methods, analysis

Planning and deg a range of User Research activities

Working closely with product managers, engineers and security experts to turn user research findings into stories and actions that lead to valuable improvements to privileged access management (PAM).

Central Gov experience in secure environments

Experience with PAM nice to have but not essential

Central gov experience highly preferable

Central Gov departments with similar risk profile would be nice to have but not essential

Team around 12

Technical user research experience in central gov environment is ideal for this role
