Contract role for a Senior User Researcher for Central Government, London hybrid - 6 months initially
Role is developing policy standards, so you must be able to demonstrate breadth of different types of projects and different/wider organisations.
Onsite once a week and for occasional meetings in either London/Manchester or Bristol
Rate ?600 - 650 per day Umbrella

You will need:
a**.Experience with engaging wider than single organisation, good experience working in different organisations
b.Ability to self-drive planning for the work, and deliver the activities independently
c.Ability to communicate with variety of different individuals from different backgrounds, have a basic level of understanding of terminology, and be able to communicate that back

Skills/experience
#9679;broad experience of planning, deg and conducting user research activities that span a large number of organisations or business units and presenting clear findings for your colleagues to use
#9679;applied knowledge of a range of qualitative and quantitative user research methods, and the ability to select appropriate approaches for different contexts
#9679;worked in multidisciplinary teams to deliver new services and involved your colleagues to include many kinds of users in appropriate research activities
#9679;experience of helping several service teams adopt user-centred service design and delivery practices and embed them into their agile workflow
#9679;the ability to communicate complex research data into clear findings and insights and tailor them to the needs to various stakeholders
#9679;an understanding of technology standards and best practicesStrong Stakeholder management
