Cyber Security Analyst - 4-Day Week | Nottingham/London We're partnering with a leading Energy Data provider seeking a hands-on Cyber Security Analyst to join their I during a pivotal period of growth, This is a rare 4-day working week role, with just one day per week in either Nottingham or London. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage vulnerability and patch management processes. Investigate and respond to security incidents (malware, phishing, unauthorized access). Conduct vulnerability assessments and drive remediation. Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures. Partner with IT and business teams to ensure secure configurations. Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives (ISO 27001,, NIST). Act as escalation point for security investigations. Maximise Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Purview effectiveness. Promote cyber awareness and best practice across the organisation. Stay ahead of emerging threats and identify opportunities to improve security processes and tooling. Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Defender and Microsoft Purview. Proven experience remediating vulnerabilities and applying patches in live environments. Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and endpoint/network/identity security in Microsoft ecosystems. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Relevant certifications (Security+, CySA+, SC-200, SSCP) advantageous. Minimum 3 years in a similar cyber security role.
