Head of Business Systems (Loans/Leasing background)

Role: Head of Business SystemsStatus: PermanentSalary: £100k to £120k per annum****Location: Bank, London (3 days Hybrid)

iO Associates are on the lookout for a Head of Business Systems for a Investment client of ours to join on a Permanent basis.

*To be considered for this role, you must have extensive Salesforce experience and come from a Loans and/or Leasing background.

The team designs, implements, maintains and continuously improves platforms that enable the business to operate efficiently, securely and at pace, ensuring systems are reliable, well-integrated and commercially aligned.

Requirements:

• Leadership and Strategy for the client
• Salesforce Platform Ownership
• Delivery and Governance background
• AI and Optimisation experience
• Excellent Stakeholder Management

This role will be conducted on a Hybrid basis out of Central London 3 Days per week and will offer £100k to £120k per annum based on experience.
