Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Stevenage Start Date: April Job Type: Contract - Inside IR35
We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Business Analyst to support complex transformation initiatives within a large, multi-stakeholder environment.
This is a business-led role, focused on shaping problems into clear value propositions, defining outcome-driven requirements, and ensuring technology solutions align with strategic business goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead business discovery with senior stakeholders to define problems, outcomes and success measures
- Develop business cases, options and investment rationale
- Own and shape end-to-end requirements (epics, features, acceptance criteria)
- Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making
- Validate technology options against business outcomes (working with architects/engineering)
- Support benefit realisation, KPIs and change impact
Key experience required:
- Proven Senior Business Analyst experience in complex transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management at senior/executive level
- Experience delivering business cases and outcome-led requirements
- Ability to operate across strategy, delivery and operations
- Strong understanding of digital, data and platform environments
