SAP Solution Architect (SAP Public Cloud) £500 - £700 per day | Outside IR35 Initial 3-month contract Remote role (Client office - Rugby) SAP Solution Architect (SAP Public Cloud) - Outside IR35 - Remote TalentBank Technology is supporting an organisation within the distribution, supply chain, and multi-channel retail sector to engage an experienced SAP Solution Architect (SAP Public Cloud) on an initial 3-month contract. Operating across a complex environment spanning branch networks, digital platforms, and supply chain operations, this role will support the design and delivery of a modern SAP Public Cloud architecture. You will work alongside a lead architect to define scalable, future-ready solutions across the SAP ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on integration, interoperability, and cloud-native architecture. This is a hybrid role combining strategic solution design with hands-on delivery, ideal for someone comfortable operating across both layers. Key Responsibilities Design and support end-to-end SAP Public Cloud solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards. Define and own integration architecture across SAP BTP, CPI, and external systems. Ensure seamless connectivity across supply chain, distribution, and digital platforms. Collaborate with senior architects and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and consistency. Provide hands-on input across integration, configuration, and technical delivery where required. Required Experience Proven experience as a SAP Solution Architect within SAP Public Cloud environments. Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP, CPI, and Customer Integration Management (CIM). Deep understanding of integration architecture, APIs, and data flow design across SAP and non-SAP systems. Experience working within distribution, logistics, retail, or multi-site environments. Ability to operate across both architecture design and hands-on delivery responsibilities. Desirable Experience Experience within branch-based or multi-channel organisations (trade + eCommerce). Exposure to high-volume transactional environments and complex system landscapes. Familiarity with cloud-native SAP architecture and best practice design principles. Experience supporting fast-paced transformation or short-term delivery programmes. Strong commercial awareness and ability to align solutions to business outcomes.
