Description
Role Highlights £30 per hour (37.5 hours per week) 14-month interim assignment with a solid handover 60/40 management-to-clinical split (clinical time mainly for visibility/support) Monday-Friday What they're looking for: Registered Nurse (NMC) with experience as an Inpatient Unit Manager, Band 7, or Team Lead Strong people leadership, morale-building, and performance management skills Background in palliative care, oncology, medical, or elderly/end-of-life nursing Supportive, emotionally intelligent, able to lead change during a period of service review and organisational transition Confident in managing sickness/absence, incidents, complaints, and general team performance Key Priorities in the Role: Lead the inpatient team through an ongoing major service review Improve attendance, performance, and team culture Support staff through a site relocation Maintain high-quality, patient-centred care across the unit Please visit our website to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
