HR Business Analyst - Oracle ERP Implementation
Description
I'm supporting a client of mine with a Business Analyst requirement as part of a significant ERP Implementation Project, with this role specifically having a key focus on the HR Transformation.
Job Title: Business Analyst - Oracle ERP HR Transformation****Location: London, Hybrid/Remote
Day-to-Day:
- Facilitate workshops and gather functional business requirements
- Review RFPs and support vendor evaluation where required
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and project teams to define and document processes
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support delivery across HR workstreams
- Contribute to overall ERP HR transformation planning and execution
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HR, ERP, or large-scale transformation
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, workshops, process documentation, and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (Oracle ERP/HCM)
