HR Business Analyst - Oracle ERP Implementation

I'm supporting a client of mine with a Business Analyst requirement as part of a significant ERP Implementation Project, with this role specifically having a key focus on the HR Transformation.

Job Title: Business Analyst - Oracle ERP HR Transformation****Location: London, Hybrid/Remote

Day-to-Day:

• Facilitate workshops and gather functional business requirements
• Review RFPs and support vendor evaluation where required
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and project teams to define and document processes
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support delivery across HR workstreams
• Contribute to overall ERP HR transformation planning and execution

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HR, ERP, or large-scale transformation
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, workshops, process documentation, and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (Oracle ERP/HCM)
