Belfast - (Hybrid) - 3 days in office

A leading global financial institution is seeking a Belfast based Business Analyst to support a major regulatory change initiative focused on product governance and UK regulatory compliance within Markets.

• Strong Business Analysis experience within either Investment Banking or wider Financial Services.
• Experience delivering regulatory change initiatives (eg Product Governance, MiFID II, PRIIPs, Consumer Duty, or similar frameworks)
• Proven ability to deliver analysis across the full change life cycle, from requirements through to BAU handover
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders including Business, Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and Technology
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
