(Stakeholder and Engagement Manager - hybrid London - 6 months - £4-500 pday Umbrella) Our client is seeking an experienced Stakeholder and Engagement Manager (Cyber capability) to work on a hybrid basis 3 days per week at their London office You will drive the execution of high-impact initiatives within the Government Digital and Cyber Capability and Workforce community strategy Support the Cyber Capability Delivery Manager engaging the cross-government Government Cyber Profession communities and work towards the objectives set out in the Government Cyber Action Plan Assist the Cyber Capability Delivery Manager with engaging with members of the Government Cyber Profession. Support with the organisation and promotion of a calendar of virtual, in person, regional and London-based, cross-government, events and community meetings Strengthen cross-government engagement Experience required: A background in communications and engagement High level writing and editing skills with an understanding of different types of content that can be used for different purposes Significant experience of building and maintaining effective relationships The ability to balance changing priorities, deal with ambiguity High levels of energy and enthusiasm to collaboration Experience of working with multiple stakeholders across a large and diverse audience Knowledge and understanding of planning and delivering engaging virtual and in person events, and can work across all aspects of a large engagement programme Ability to be able to grasp a variety of fast moving, often nuanced and complex policies quickly and effectively Experience of managing a wide range of stakeholders and their competing priorities Experience in communications, with the confidence to provide challenge to stakeholders at all levels. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly simplify complex information.
