Senior Project Manager - Automation Solutions

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex, customer-specific automation projects—from initial concept through to successful delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, software, and operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a mix of technical challenge, stakeholder engagement, and strategic impact. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of automation and industrial integration projects Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, software, operations, and external partners Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders, including customers and senior leadership Identify potential risks early and drive effective mitigation strategies Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new technologies Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners Requirements 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in industrial or automation environments Strong technical foundation (engineering degree or equivalent practical experience) Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedul
