Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. We are looking for an experienced and versatile IT Project Manager who is confident operating in both agile and classic delivery environments. In our private banking landscape, you will be responsible for coordinating complex initiatives, managing diverse stakeholder groups, and ensuring the successful delivery of transformation projects with high business impact. This role combines end to end project leadership with hands on business analysis in an evolving digital banking ecosystem. IHRE AUFGABEN Project Management (Agile & Classic Delivery) Lead IT and business transformation projects using both agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional frameworks (e.g., Waterfall, HERMES, PMI). Drive effective coordination, prioritization and tracking of requirements, tasks, and work streams Foster clear, structured communication with stakeholders across all organizational levels — from operational teams to senior management Facilitate workshops, decision meetings, and alignment sessions across cross‑functional working groups Ensure adherence to quality, risk, and compliance standards typical for the private banking industry Business Analysis Responsibilities Conduct focused analysis on the impact of the ROC, particularly the replacement of Host functionalities, on key areas of digital business transformation such as Corporate Actions, Channel Management (client channels, RM channels, and intermediary channels including EAM/EFA) Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and specialists to analyze and document current business processes, including exceptional cases, and contribute to the re-engineering of underlying business logic Produce detailed documentation of existing flows, processes, and required data attributes, serving as the foundation for defining and implementing target processes and future-state flows Coordinate with Product Owners and Project Managers to define the target state — including use cases, end-to-end processes, data flows, and technical requirements — and provide structured technical input to the architecture team Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects in creating solution blueprints, conceptual designs, and other architectural artefacts Support delivery teams as a subject matter expert, ensuring that the as‑is analysis and target-state definitions are accurately translated into technical implementation YOUR PROFILE Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in the financial services or private banking environment. Skilled in both agile and classic project delivery, with the ability to choose and apply the best approach depending on project needs. Exceptional ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage complex topic landscapes in high‑pressure environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of interfacing confidently with stakeholders at all levels — business, IT, architecture, risk, compliance, and senior management. Solid understanding of digital banking processes, client lifecycle management, and CRM/channel-related workflows.
