NICE TO MEET YOU! YOUR PROFILE 2–5 years of experience in an IT support or IT administrator role, ideally in a Mac or mixed OS environment. Solid working knowledge of macOS, including user support, troubleshooting, and device setup. Familiarity with MDM tools (such as Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle) and common workplace tools like email, identity, and collaboration platforms. Experience supporting new joiners and leavers, specifically regarding device provisioning and access management. Basic understanding of security concepts, device compliance, or exposure to scripting is considered a plus. Ability to diagnose and resolve issues methodically while documenting solutions clearly. Dependable, approachable personality with the ability to "hold the fort" during busy periods. YOU WILL BE MEASURED BY IN SHORT Are you the go-to person when technology fails and an organizational talent? As our IT Workplace Specialist (60-80%) in Zürich, you will be at the heart of our IT operations, ensuring smooth transitions and building a high-quality internal IT support structure. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our devices, including provisioning, onboarding of new joiners, and secure offboarding of leavers. Administer and continuously improve the macOS environment, specifically MDM standards, application deployment, and configuration management. Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues, performing root-cause analysis to implement long-term fixes rather than temporary workarounds. Maintain and improve documentation, standards, and operational runbooks to ensure consistency and scalability of IT services. Monitor the health and performance of end-user systems to proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities for automation. Manage hardware assets efficiently, including ordering, tracking, repairs, and replacements. Cover on-call (Pikett) duties over the weekend on a rotational basis to ensure business continuity.
