EFG Graduate Programme 2026 - Digital and IT - Geneva Job Description Are you eager to start a fulfilling professional career in a global Private Banking group whilst developing and strengthening your skills and competencies? How the EFG Graduate Programme works? Starting in September 2026 and over a period of 18 months, the EFG Graduate Programme offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for recent graduates. Tailored on individual skills, interests, and competencies, the programme provides an ideal opportunity to obtain wide-ranging experience in an international and fast-growing private banking group: You will start with a 2-week onboarding in Switzerland to discover EFG Mission, Vision and Culture and start building your professional network. During the onboarding you will have the chance to attend specific trainings aimed at enhancing key competencies and communication skills. Continuous learning opportunities to ensure you develop both personally and professionally to achieve full potential. Buddy and Mentor to accompany you throughout the programme. Truly global, we have positions based in Miami, London, Luxembourg, Geneva, Zurich, Lugano, Singapore and Hong Kong. The EFG Graduate Programme comprises 3 professional paths in which you will equally experience our entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to excellence and innovative thinking. #EFG Business Functions #EFG Corporate Functions #EFG Digital and IT If you choose the Digital and IT path, you will gain valuable experience in the technology-driven areas that support and transform EFG’s business operations. In this path, you will complete a 6-month rotation in your preferred digital or IT function, allowing you to specialise and develop expertise in your chosen area. You will also undertake two additional 6-month rotations across different teams, broadening your understanding of how digital solutions and IT infrastructure drive the private banking industry. The Digital and IT path is ideal for those interested in: Digital transformation initiatives IT operations and infrastructure Cybersecurity Data management and analytics Digital and IT project management This path provides a strong foundation for a career in digital, innovative, and forward-looking roles, equipping you with the skills and insights needed to excel in EFG’s dynamic business environment. Could you be one of our future graduates? We value diversity and we do not require specific academic majors or industry experience, but look for different mix of background, experiences and skills. Our graduates are brilliant and enthusiastic talents, so we expect: Bachelor or Master degree (completed in 2025 or on track to complete it) with outstanding academic results in a field with affinity with the selected professional path.
