In this role you will oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle, ensuring the stability, performance and reliable delivery of key IT systems and services. You’ll lead incident and problem management to maintain service continuity, while also driving critical delivery processes including release and test management. Furthermore you’ll be responsible for guiding solutions from concept to production— business analysis, solution design, development, implementation and deployment—for both operational enhancements (Run-the-Bank) and strategic transformation initiatives (Change-the-Bank). Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors and technology partners, you’ll coordinate the setup and management of environments and services to enable smooth delivery and operations across the organisation.
