IHRE AUFGABEN Support business stakeholders in backlog prioritization, requirement engineering and alignment of requirements with existing functionality or functionality delivered by other initiatives Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs Project includes Flowable and Actico Business Rule technologies Guarantee compliance with XXXX XXXX’s project governance framework, security policies, and minimum standards, particularly in relation to data and regulatory requirements Ensure smooth handover of the solution to Operations and Support teams upon completion YOUR PROFILE Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Experience in managing projects with respective Budgets > 1mCHF in classic methodology within financial institutions Compliance or Personal Account Transaction know-how of advantage Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing administrative and financial aspects independently Sound skills in Jira and Confluence, agile way of working know-how e.g. ceremonies Good presentation and communication skills, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, can-do spirit Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders as well as negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage We only consider candidates who can start immediately.
