WORKSHOP MANAGER – Commercial Motors

Commercial Motors, a subsidiary of the Sefalana Group of companies and Motor Dealership TATA, MAN and HONDA, has an opportunity for the following post. The positions are tenable at Commercial Motors, Broadhurst Industrial, Gaborone.

Position: Workshop Manager Key Responsibilities Supervise on repairs of MAN, TATA and HONDA vehicle models Supervise a team of Technicians, Foreman and Service Advisors Render technical advise to Technicians and Assistants Ensure adherence to quality control standards on vehicle maintenance Maintain customer relations and key accounts Manage work in progress, work flow and job planning on daily basis Manage After Sales queries Reach monthly targets and maintain budgets Do OEM reports and departmental reports Requirements An ambitious and dynamic person of sound technical & diagnostic knowledge, with a proven track record is sought.
