COS Systems Botswana is hiring a Techno-Commercial Trainee with foundational knowledge in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems. Key Responsibilities Sales & Pre-Sales Support: RFQs, quotations, tenders, and pipeline tracking. Business Development: Lead generation, client engagement, market support. Project & Vendor Coordination: Project tracking, supplier liaison, delivery support. Reporting & Documentation: BOQs, cost sheets, CRM, and management reports. Requirements Diploma in: Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering Understanding of E&I systems Ability to interpret basic technical specifications.
