Encyclo Investments (Pty) Ltd SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH CONSULTANT Role Purpose This position is a senior technical and advisory role requiring extensive demonstrable field experience in environmental health operations, consultancy and regulatory compliance across institutional, commercial and industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Lead high-level environmental health consultancy and advisory assignments for multi-sector clients Conduct comprehensive environmental health inspections, audits and regulatory compliance assessments Develop, implement and evaluate environmental health, sanitation and hygiene management systems Perform advanced environmental risk identification, mitigation planning and incident response advisory Prepare statutory and technical reports for regulatory bodies, corporate clients and audits Provide strategic mentorship, skills transfer and oversight to environmental health personnel Engage directly with regulators, clients and stakeholders on compliance and best practice adoption Requirements Diploma or Degree in Environmental Health or equivalent Registration with a recognised Environmental Health professional body Not less than fifteen (15) years of progressive, hands-on post-qualification environmental health experience Demonstrated experience in multi-site consultancy and complex operational environments Strong working knowledge of environmental health legislation, regulatory frameworks and compliance systems Proven ability to independently lead assignments and manage client relationships at a senior level Exceptional report writing, analytical and stakeholder engagement capabilities Senior or supervisory environmental health experience in industrial and institutional environments Proven track record in deg and rolling out environmental health programmes and audits Experience in training, coaching and mentoring environmental health officers or technicians Ability to apply practical, evidence-based solutions in diverse operational settings How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a detailed curriculum vitae and certified copies of qualifications to: The Managing Director PO Box 404333 Gaborone Closing Date: 10th February 2026 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
