Are you professional, organised, and passionate about the automotive industry? Join one of Botswana's leading performance wrorkshops. The Receptionist / Service Adviser will be the first point of contact for our clients and a key link between customers and technicians. This role requires professionalism, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional manner Answer phone calls and manage bookings Open job cards and prepare invoices Provide service updates to clients Coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers Assist with stock control and inventory management Maintain workshop records and documentation Ensure excellent customer service at all times Requirements Previous experience as a Service Adviser or Receptionist Experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred Experience working in a workshop or dealership environment How to Apply Deadline: Before the 25th of this month.
