Organization Name: Mochudi Resource Centre for the Blind (MRCB) Job Title: QUALIFIED PRESCHOOL TEACHER Role Purpose: The primary aim of this role is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for preschool children. The teacher will support the developmental and educational needs of each child, fostering their growth and preparing them for future learning. Key Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development in all children. Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere. Monitor and document each child's progress and development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's experiences & progress. Always ensure a safe and clean learning environment. Requirements Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required. Experience: Teaching experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate young learners. Patience, creativity, and a passion for early years education. Demonstrates empathy and understanding towards children's needs. Works well as part of a team. Shows initiative and reliability.
