BOLUX GROUP MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR. Reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new product development (NPD) initiatives and executing high-impact sales and marketing activities. You will provide operational and administrative leadership to ensure seamless coordination across teams, timely delivery of projects, and effective execution of marketing programs that strengthen the brand and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the coordination of NPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring all timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Finance to ensure alignment and effective execution. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data collection to identify opportunities for new products and business growth. Support the development of product concepts, specifications, packaging inputs, and launch documentation. Compile and analyse customer, consumer, and market data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Track post-launch product performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and market reception. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and promotional campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. Serve as the central coordination point for project communications, meetings, and reporting. Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure all deliverables are aligned and executed on time. Monitor project and marketing budgets, ensuring expenditure is controlled and aligned with approved allocations. Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, market share, forward orders, competitor pricing, and project progress. Maintain accurate and organized documentation for projects, campaigns, and products in line with company standards. Ensure all marketing and product materials comply with approved brand and regulatory standards. Provide administrative and coordination support to the Group Sales & Marketing Executive. Drive public relations initiatives and media engagement, leveraging relationships with mass media outlets and advertising agencies. Support the implementation of ISO and Kaizen programs, ensuring compliance with Food Safety, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Requirements Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field. Experience in the FMCG industry, with exposure to marketing campaigns, product development, or reporting, is highly desirable. Additional experience in sales, customer service, merchandising, product management, market research, and analysis is advantageous. Valid Driving License and own car required.
