Lecturer - Music Education Botho University Key Responsibilities Ability to coordinate and mentor projects and internships for students including liaison with local Science Institutions and Business industry. Maintain student records and execute various day-to-day administrative responsibilities involved with teaching. Continuously upgrade skills through self- study and work with peers. Be a constructive member of Botho University team. Research and publishing including experience of working on funded projects. Ability to fully navigate online learning platforms Requirements A relevant PhD/Masters in the above subject. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Primary Education. Experience in deg and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate curricula. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to institutional development initiatives. Experience with international academic collaborations and networks is an added advantage. Familiarity with digital tools for teaching, learning and research. Must have atleast 2 years post qualification experience from the master's degree Excellent digital analytics skills Ability to inspire and motivate students.
