ISO & QUALITY INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING MANAGER

Role Purpose To lead quality assurance and compliance initiatives. This pivotal role ensures that manufacturing processes meet international standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems. Oversee quality assurance programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to drive compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer specifications. Train and mentor staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with senior leadership to align quality objectives with business goals. Requirements Must have a National Certificate or Diploma in Saiw Welding and fabrication and magnetic Particle Inspection Certificate or related field. Proven experience in quality management within industrial manufacturing with at least (10) ten or more years. Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be IRIS certified. Ability to manage audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
