VACANCY HEAD TEACHER, HILLCREST INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

Role Purpose The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education in line with the school's vision, mission and standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide strong instructional leadership and promote academic excellence. Oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the school. Supervise, mentor and support teaching and non-teaching staff. Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum in an English Medium School. Promote a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment. Maintain effective communication with parents, staff and stakeholders. Manage school resources efficiently and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Requirements A recognized Degree in Education or equivalent. A post Graduate Degree in Educational Management and at least ten years' experience in an English Medium School will be an added advantage. Proven leadership, administrative and organizational skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and school management practices.
