Role Purpose: To oversee brand presentation, visual merchandising and commercial execution across multiple branches. Key Responsibilities To develop and implement visual merchandising strategies. Plan window displays, store layouts and seasonal merchandising guidelines. Ensure brand consistency across all branches. Drive store commercialization and marketing initiatives. Oversee merchandising standards and new store openings. Requirements Botswana citizenship required. Minimum 15 years' experience in retail visual merchandising and marketing. International multi-store experience preferred. Proven track record in business expansion, P&L management, team leadership and merchandise planning.
