JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. (JCHX) has been awarded a five-year contract for underground mining services at MMG's Khoemacau Copper Mine at Toteng, Zone 5, Botswana. JCHX seeks applications from suitably experienced and qualified individuals for the following positions to be based at Toteng, Zone 5:

Reporting to the Training Coordinator, the Engineering Training Officer - Diesel Mechanic is responsible for delivering technical training, coaching, and competency development for TMM artisans in the Maintenance Department. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance of diesel-powered underground mechanised equipment in compliance with OEM standards, MQWM Act, and company procedures. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as an Underground Trainer/Assessor in a mechanised mining environment. National Craft Certificate (NCC) - Heavy Plant/Diesel Mechanic. BQA/SAQA Trainer & Assessor accreditation will be an added advantage. Moderator Certificate will be an added advantage.
