Organization Name: Botswana Life (Member of the BIHL Group) Job Title: Data Science Graduate Trainee Key Responsibilities Data collection, cleaning, validation, and quality monitoring across multiple data sources. Support exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualisations for business stakeholders. Assist in developing, testing, and validating statistical and machine learning models for predictive analytics and business optimisation. Prepare documentation and user guides for developed solutions. Provide support in training business users on analytics tools and dashboards. Automation of data processes and maintain analytical code and workflows. Perform any other tasks in support of the Data Analysts and Data Scientists within the department.
