Combi Driver (Staff Transportation)

Master Farmer Feeds (Pty) Ltd has a temporary vacancy for fully qualified and experienced Combi Driver (Staff Transportation) at its Feed Mill, Nutri Feeds Botswana in Pilane.

Key responsibilities will include: Ensure safe and timely transportation of Nutri Feeds staff to and from work as per schedule Manage the logbook and ensure all trips are logged. Ensure that all staff transport vehicles are well maintained Report wear and tear on all company vehicles Ensure all necessary spares and tools (e.g. spare wheel, basic tools, warning triangles, jack etc) are present in all company vehicles Ensure that all permits are renewed on time for all company vehicles Book all company vehicles for regular maintenance services timeously Maintain very high personal and vehicle hygiene at all times Avoid the roads which are not fit for driving the vehicle. Always adhere to the road and safety regulations of Botswana. Report any misuse of any company vehicle. Ensure that the vehicle is engaged only for official use i.e. no private use of the vehicle (the vehicle is under 24-Hour surveillance) Ensure that the vehicle is fully secured at all times. Report all faults to the Supervisor/Maintenance Manager immediately and Any other reasonable and moral request that may be asked of you. To qualify for the position, candidates will require the following: PrDP (Passengers) At least 2 years’ experience in public transportation Honest & trustworthy People & communication skills Extensive knowledge of the operating area Quick thinker & problem solver Time management skills & be able to work shifts.
