Data Assistant

As part of the Campaigns and Alumni Relations (CAR) department, you’ll help the University of Sheffield raise money for ambitious projects aimed at addressing some of society’s most difficult challenges. Generous donors to the University are driving social mobility through scholarships and hardship funding, supporting research into devastating diseases and helping tackle issues like climate change and food insecurity. We are seeking a data enthusiast who will support the work of the department by increasing the quality and quantity of information on our supporter database (Raiser’s Edge). You should be well organised and keen to find the most efficient and effective ways to manage data, excelling at keeping data clean and accurate. You'll be part of a small and highly motivated team. You will be a great team player, comfortable working in a small team and independently. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with and supporting other members of the department, the wider university and occasionally members of the public.
