Frontline work runs the world - yet the software behind it is fragmented, manual, and stuck in the SaaS era.
All Gravy is building the frontline operating system: a single, daily-use product that brings together Comms, Learning, and HR Ops for hospitality and retail brands like GAIL’s, Dishoom, 7-Eleven, and Honest Burgers.
Because we own the communication layer, workflows, and real operational context, we’re uniquely positioned to move beyond disconnected tools - and toward intelligent systems that take real work off managers’ plates as customers grow.
We’re growing 3x+ year over year, backed by Moonfire, Scale Capital, Nordic Makers, and world-class operators, and we’re investing heavily in product, platform, and long-term technical leverage.
🎯 The mission
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work across the stack to turn product direction into real, durable systems - systems that scale with customers, stay understandable over time, and create leverage for the company.
You’ll operate close to product, customers, and founders, with meaningful ownership over how things are built - not just what is built.
This is a senior IC role with real impact on architecture, technical direction, and execution quality across a growing multi-product platform.
🧠 What you’ll be accountable for
- Turning product and company direction into robust, scalable implementations
- Making sound technical trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term leverage
- Deg systems that stay coherent as the product surface area expands
- Building and evolving frontend and backend systems used daily by thousands of frontline workers
- Identifying where automation and intelligence add real value - and where simplicity wins
- Shipping meaningful improvements end-to-end: from idea → implementation → impact
- Raising the technical bar through code reviews, architecture discussions, and example
This role is not about chasing perfect abstractions or process for its own sake. Good engineering here is judged by clarity, leverage, and outcomes.
