Your role as a Chapter Lead As the Chapter Lead, you will embrace a dual role that combines leadership and practical expertise. Approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to contributing as a Business Analyst in a squad, translating business needs into actionable objectives, facilitating workshops, supporting testing, and driving the development of frictionless credit journeys. The remaining 30% you will focus on leading and nurturing a team of talented Business Analysts who are located in both Denmark and Lithuania, ensuring their growth and success. You will drive innovation and collaboration within the team, fostering trust, inclusivity, and high performance. As an HR manager, you will support development, enhance skills, provide feedback, and manage recruitment to build a strong team.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage a chapter of Business Analysts, supporting their professional growth, personal development, and performance.
- Build and strengthen the business analyst role and competencies within the Tribe by developing best practices and tools to ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, translate them into actionable solutions, and continuously improve practices.
- Provide domain expertise to squads, support testing, facilitate workshops, analyse challenges, and contribute to delivering frictionless credit journeys for customers and advisers.
About you You are a visionary leader with expertise in business analysis, a passion for empowering others, and a customer-focused mindset. Skilled at connecting business needs with technical solutions, you thrive in dynamic environments and value collaboration, diversity, and inclusion to create impactful solutions.
We are looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience, demonstrating strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- A responsive and empathetic leadership style, encouraging open communication and inclusivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- An interest in creating value for customers and driving innovation in credit journeys.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be Squad Leader (Chapter Lead). From 1 April 2026 it will be renamed Technology Business Solutions under our new job architecture, with no impact on the role or responsibilities.

This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 5200 to 7800 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
