Senior IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large and business-critical implementation project within the entertainment and retail domain.

The assignment involves the rollout of a new solution for the sale of lottery and gaming products in physical retail, requiring close coordination across business, IT, test organizations, and external vendors. You will play a key role in ensuring structure, progress, and successful delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

KVALIFIKATIONER & KOMPETENCER

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large IT and/or system implementation projects
• Strong background in managing complex projects with many stakeholders and dependencies
• Solid experience with:
• Project planning and estimation
• Progress tracking and reporting
• Risk and dependency management
• Hands-on experience working closely with test/QA teams and understanding testing as an integrated part of delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Experience using Jira, as well as collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack, SharePoint, and Office 365
• Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken (Danish is mandatory)

ANSVARSOMRÅDER

• Act as overall Project Manager for a large IT/system implementation project
• Drive planning, execution, follow-up, and delivery across all project activities
• Ensure control of timeline, scope, quality, risks, dependencies, and resources
• Work closely with the business owner to ensure alignment and shared ownership
• Coordinate across Business stakeholders, IT and architecture teams, Test and QA organizations & External vendors and suppliers
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee sessions, and status reporting
• Ensure clear, timely, and transparent communication across all stakeholders
• Maintain project governance and documentation using Jira and collaboration tools
