Team description

Credit Establishment squad is part of the Credit Decisioning Tribe, which are responsible for all systems and services used for taking a credit decision. Our squad is mission is to create a streamlined credit establishment process to enable one frictionless credit financing journey and helping to consolidate credit application in one system.

Tasks

You will be working as a Software Engineer in a squad responsible for the establishment of our credit products. This entails maintaining the current system and renew the current solution so we can ensure a smooth establishment process for our advisers and customers.

Your role is a split in architectural and design discussions, as well as contributing with the development and sparing with both cloud developers and our model scientists.

Beyond your Squad, you are a part of the Cloud Chapter where we regularly check in for aligning on best practices, tech discussions and knowledge sharing, and you are contributing with your own ideas and improvements.

Background and education

You are a software engineer with a focus on backend technologies, skilled in cloud development and have an interest in design and architectural discussions. You take pride in delivering well-designed, optimized, and scalable solutions.

You are an outspoken collaborator, committed to and accountable for squad deliveries and end results. You are enthusiastic about knowledge sharing and continuous learning. You have a strong customer-oriented mindset, always keeping the users’ best interest at heart. In addtion:

• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Maven

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with message brokers preferably RabbitMQ

• General understanding of CI/CD processes and containerization

• Experience with Mainframe is a plus but not a requirement

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical subject area

Location

You will be working in a hybrid setup where we expect you to be in the office 3-4 times a week and remaining time you will work from home.

The office is located at Bernstorffsgade 40, 1577 København V.
