Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Specialist
Description
An international manufacturing company within the consumer goods industry is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central professional to support and operate their ERP platform during a period of continued growth.
The organization uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its core ERP system across finance, supply chain, inventory and warehouse operations. The role focuses on operational stability, user support and continuous system improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting and operating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Strong understanding of core business processes, especially inventory, warehouse, finance and supply chain
- Experience with user support, incident management and operational ERP environments
- Solid knowledge of Business Central configuration, security roles and permissions
- Experience with troubleshooting, log handling and system testing
- Understanding of integrations, data handling and data integrity principles
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes
- Strong communication skills and experience working with external ERP partners
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is considered a plus
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Daily support and operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Handling incidents, user requests and system-related issues
- Configuration of Business Central, including user roles and permissions
- Troubleshooting, log analysis and root cause identification
- Supporting system maintenance and upgrades, including testing in sandbox environments prior to production releases
- Ensuring data quality, data integrity and reliable system integrations
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external Business Central partners
- Supporting business processes within finance, inventory, warehouse and supply chain
