Build the product that runs frontline teams
Frontline work runs the world - yet the software behind it is fragmented, manual, and stuck in the SaaS era. All Gravy is building the frontline operating system - a single, daily-use product combining Comms, Learning, and HR Ops, used by leading hospitality and retail brands like GAIL’s, Dishoom, 7-Eleven, and Honest Burgers.
Because we own the communication layer, workflows, and context, we are uniquely positioned to move beyond disconnected tools and build intelligent systems (agents) that take real work off managers’ plates and increase value for customers as they grow.
We are growing 3x+ YoY, are backed by Moonfire, Scale Capital, Founders, and world-class operators, and have recently raised additional funding to accelerate our next phase - investing heavily in product, platform, and long-term leverage.
The mission
This role exists to help shape what All Gravy becomes as software moves from passive tools to active decision support. You will work in close partnership with the founder to translate company vision into clear product direction, and own turning that direction into reality across the product. This is a senior product leadership role with real ownership across a growing multi-product platform.
What you will be accountable for
- Co-shaping product direction with the founder and owning how it translates into strategy, sequencing, and outcomes
- Making clear calls about where intelligent automation and AI adds leverage, where human judgment matters, and how the two work together - Ensuring the product stays coherent, valuable, and easy to reason about as we expand into a broader multi-product platform
- Staying close to customers and commercial reality to balance winning deals today with building leverage for tomorrow
- Deg how new products and capabilities are introduced, surfaced, and compounded over time
- Owning product outcomes end-to-end and ensuring things ship, land, and improve meaningfully
- Building a team to drive All Gravy to the next stage
This role is not primarily about process, rituals, or org design. Those matter only insofar as they enable sharper product bets and faster learning.

- Combine conceptual depth with commercial pragmatism - Enjoy collaborating closely with founders and teams to reframe problems
- Are trusted to close important threads without being chased
- Have helped scale a B2B product through real growth (for example 5M to 20M ARR)
